食材:米紙/越南春捲皮,鮮蝦 (挑選肉質厚實且結實的蝦),蔥花,辣椒,自己喜愛的沾醬 (我的紅蔥頭香蔥醬汁下集會分享喔!)

Rice paper/Vietnamese spring roll wrappers, fresh shrimp (select shrimp with thick and firm meat), green onions, chili, your preferred dipping sauce (I will share my red shallot and green onion sauce recipe in the next episode!)

Shrimp Rice Rolls, one of the signature snacks from Guangdong Province, China, is renowned for its deliciousness and unique texture. Rice rolls are a type of dim sum with paper-thin rice noodle sheets enveloping various fillings. And today, I want to share with you a simple way to make this delicious snack using rice paper! It might be a bit of a shortcut, but the taste is still out of this world! It's incredibly tasty!

這麼簡單就能做出來的腸粉,記得內餡也可以有很多變化。比如說,包素的香菇,碎牛肉,韭菜,豆芽等等。只要食材新鮮,且不需要蒸煮超過三分鐘左右,都很適合拿來做這道超級好吃的點心。或者可以先將某些食材炒熟了以後再包入腸粉。你可以比較創意的做這道菜。

是啊!這樣做腸粉真的很簡單喔!內餡也可以做一些自由變化。只要記得如果是包肉類,那就不妨用剩菜(已煮熟的),所以這樣腸粉篜三分鐘就能出鍋了!謝謝觀看我的視頻和留言給我!😄

在紅葱頭葸花醬中,再加入烘香的蝦皮,除了增加鮮味之外,還可補鈣(也有再加入白芝麻的)。

Hi! Thanks for your question. Refrigeration is likely to dry out the rice paper wrappers and make them rubbery, so please be aware that these won't be as good as freshly made rolls. However, if you really need to make them in advance, you must store them properly. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and place them in an airtight container. They should be good in the fridge for a maximum of two days. Additionally, since they will be cold when take out of the fridge, you may need to steam them for an extra 15 seconds or so to ensure they are properly cooked and fillings are headed through. Personally, I always make fresh rolls, so I will have to try them refrigerated to know exactly how they taste in that state. :)

我有试过。米纸的口感完全不一样。米纸有嚼劲,而真正粘米浆做的肠粉软糯咀嚼不费劲。为了省事可以一试,但是别指望出来正宗的口感。😂

谢谢你的留言。您说的对。由于是用不同于传统正宗的的食材,口感必定不同。然而我觉得这是一道快速,简单而且可以做许多内线变化的一道小点。我个人是很喜欢我做出来的口感。因为内线的虾仁和青葱很丰盛。吃起来有满足感。尤其我购买的虾肉质量很好,味道鲜甜。所以不失为一道简单的创意点心。

嗯!用两张米纸包当然也行。 我自己觉得米纸沾了水以后,它会保持一定的弹性,所以如果小心包,它基本上是不会破的。对我而言,一层米纸的口感吃起来刚刚好。两层会比较厚实,吃起来应该会更有饱足感。任何食谱都是弹性的,可以随自己的口味和喜爱来自由调整!谢谢您的留言!

哈哈!Jenny, 謝謝您的留言。收到您的信息了! 我是因為喜歡攝影,愛觀察小事物,所以我通常在攝像時不會很著急,我希望能好好享受攝影的過程。 其實我在生活中,個性是比較急的,說話也比較多比較快,更很希望能很快速地把事情做完。 然而,在我的視頻當中,我卻希望能夠在忙碌的生活之外,能真的靜下心來,享有一份較寧靜的步調。不必天天匆匆忙忙!如果真想快些看完視頻,可依把速度改成”2“,就可以快速看完視頻的!可是要把快的速度變慢,那就“不成調了“!會很難聽的! 我想能夠找到自己喜愛的人生步調,就是幸運,自信,且快樂之人!:)祝福您!

哈哈 😂。謝謝您的留言。其實我的個性很急,生活中做事動作也很快。但我在做視頻時,我喜歡取景,攝影,享受錄製的過程。感覺上,生活中可以包含且接受他人不同的步調和節奏。這樣每個人都可以找到更好的平衡感。何不就隨自己的心境找到適合自己所愛的步調吧!我做的不是短視頻, 所以對許多看慣了快節奏視頻的人來說,我的影片相對感覺會輕鬆緩慢許多。

嗨,謝謝您的留言。首先不知您住在哪兒? 而我是住在美國,我就是在這兒的亞洲店買的。這個牌子在各個亞洲食品店裡都可以看到。它是圓形的包裝,中間有一朵玫瑰花。品牌叫做:鸚鵡牌。Double parrot. 越南品牌拼法“Banh Trang" 它是“正宗越南米紙”。越南產品。 謝謝您觀看我的視頻!
