Some people would rather turn a blind eye to TRUTH. I'm one of them, so I am extremely reluctant to wath Dr. Berg, as he tells the TRUTH. But, when one wants to turn from being defensive to offensive (i.e. from being passtive to positive / take initiatives), s/he needs to know these truth. Weight control 'consums' WILLPOWER. I've found myself losing control on my weight, along with the losing of my willpower... So I clicked Dr. Berg. I highly appreciate his contribution to better health of his worldwide audience.
