I did exactly the same as Zia. In fornt of the lap top doing these. I do the 8 peices of brocade standing up. I have been at this nearly 2 years now and read about it and watched different versions. This chair based version gives me simialr feelings and I can see this teacher is the real deal. Thanks for this video. I am very glad I came across this.

Thank you so much for this video. I can't stand for long, so finding this way of doing the qi gong that I love is wonderful.

Full of joy, I’ve been doing Qi Gong for many years but lost my leg a few years ago, I’ve tried a lot of sitting exercises, most of them joyless, I hope he makes more videos sitting.

Thank you for posting this. I am disabled and have always been curious about Tai Chi. The way you explain what you are doing is very helpful. I am amazed at how sore I am from just following this video. Thank you for being a good teacher.

I'm very grateful to you for this video. My health is very poor and I find standing to be painful after just a few minutes. It's my hope that practicing this every day will turn my health around so I can do it standing.

Thank you so much for posting this! Couldn't find someone who teaches sitting qigong, here where I live. This is great! I just sat in front of my laptop, following you and it feels good. (watched a few times before to see what you are doing exactly) I hope that after doing this for a while, I will be able to do it all standing up :)

thank you very much for the video! please explanation breathing inhale,exhale through the nose or inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth or can both breathing.thanks for answer
@PeterChenTaiChiLife7 жыл бұрын
Generally speaking, we inhale,exhale through the nose in the practice. However, eight Section Brocades has more than 1000 years history and there are lots of difference ways of doing it. Lots of masters suggest that inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth are also fine.
