I have been doing this series of movements for 2 weeks. Previously I was struggling to get 6 hours of sleep every night. Currently I am sleeping soundly for a bit more than 7 hours and waking feeling refreshed. The only thing I can credit this change to is Ba Duan Jin since nothing else has changed in my daily routine. I'm very impressed with this result! Thank you Sifu!

Could questions... I tend to close my eyes is this ok... also I try to go slower and if can hear myself breathing, maybe I am breathing to much effort?

Good question. I would suggest to keep you eyes open, otherwise your focus will move to how to balance your body. Going slower is perfectly fine, the key is to have your Qi (speed of breathing) to match the speed of your movement. It is good to hear your self breathing, it meaning you are consciously working on the strength of your breath (Qi). Hope this helps. Keep up with the good work.

I had 3 weeks long endless back pain and tried many different forms of Qi Gong until I med this your form. By the way while I practiced it the intensity of the pain has grown but as I finished it the back pain has disappeared in a strike! AMANZING!!! Wow. This kind of therapy make wonders! This is so convienant to follow along too after online course, anyone thats doing the course on the website with shifu, i recommend saving this video as a reference to follow later, as its straight through and course is broken down and has a lot of explanation and detail. just a suggestion
