Types Of Chromatography

This lecture explains about different types of chromatography in Hindi.
Chromatography is an important biophysical technique that enables the separation, identification, and purification of the components of a mixture for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Chromatography techniques can be of different types depends on mechanism of separation, mobile phase, stationary phase and also on the basis of chromatographic bed.
Different types of chromatography includes: Hydrophobic interaction chromatography
Hydrophilic interaction chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, HPLC, affinity chromatography, counter current chromatography, FPLC, supercritical fluid chromatography, gas chromatography, paper chromatography, TLC etc.
