The reason why Jollibee is popular in my country the Philippines because it is catered to childrens taste. When I was young Jollibee is sort of joyful reward for having good grades or after going to mass on sunday. Usually it is the children who choose where to eat thus dragging their parent with them. A 3 year old would immediately recognise a Jollibee logo. And when they grow up and have children they treat them to Jollibee for nostalgic reason and to pass the tradition they enjoy to them.
