My local supermarket just started selling smoke fresh garlic. So I bought some, chopped it up, fried in on a pan with some bacon, stuck the whole shebang in a sandwich, and let me tell you, the heavens were singing!

I noticed he skipped that step, too. Personally, removal of the membrane is crucial for maximum flavor and tenderness.

Always remove membrane. If you want to science for your preference, grab 2 racks and experiment!

Oh man, those looked incredible! In my favourite BBQ-place in the UK you'd pay 12 quid for a half-rack. So I'd say 10 pounds on the street?! ;)

that last guy was fucked out his head but its actually so sad because when he was young he used to get abused by his parents and beat up at school, so he actually took up mixed martial arts and very quickly the instructors noticed that he had great potential and he went on to fight in ufc 2 days before his fight he actually got injured and everything you just read was complete bullshit lol

I think 8 pounds would be spot on for half a rack! Also these look so good considering they were smoked with one of those supermarket bbqs... Great tip on how to make it into a smoker, too

45640uberfreak i dont think it is. most places will just serve you pre cooked ribs theyve heated up in a pressure cooker. when you order from a pub or bar its all pre made in a factory some where. for the effort hes put in easily worth what hes asking

Would be great to see a chef who refuses to use processed cheats like ketchup, marmite etc etc, and more natural alternatives. Even using honey instead of sugar. To me, that takes real skill. Great channel though.

Turtytreeandaturd it depends if you put food on them straight away. they are covered in fluid to help it light so you need to let it get going and the coals go grey. you want the heat only, not a flame.let the chemicals used to help it set alight burn away before adding food. a lot of people put food on straight away and then the flames burn the food but the middle is raw. plus you get the chemical taste. if you notice buskers coals are grey and theres no flames
