Hey, I found you give quite decent portions of meat like this beek ribs and chicken in earlier videos lower price than stuff like wraps and sandwiches. That's kind of confusing to me. BTW, kimchi is fermented to let the flavors infuse and develop. Maybe it's better to call that salad 'kimchi like'.

@Snakefisto9 жыл бұрын
***** Just to let you know that Kimchish dish you cook is not Kimchi but different type of Korean vege side dish. It's Called Mu-chim. Well in this case it is Cabbage Muchim. It's a quite popular side dish which involves mixing fresh or, flash-boiled (like 1min to 3 min al dente) vegetables with spices (eg. garlics, ginger)and seasoning (soy sauce, Gochujang, Dwanjang) plus aromatic oil (sesame oil). The traditional dishes don't use any spicy seasoning at all (the chili was only brought into Korea in 18th century by Japanese). Anyway the Rib is indeed amazing. I've just cooked it for the dinner for flat mates and I have become a legend lol. Thanks

I'm allergic to alcohol as well, but that doesn't refrain me from using alcoholic beverages in cooking. The reason you cook with alcohol is because it has a distinct flavor to it, and when you cook it, it evaporated he alcohol, so you won't get any alcohol into you! :D

£4.75 is ridiculously low for something that took two hours to prepare and probably cost the double to get the ingredients, compared to the shrimp omelette for £7 pounds and the egg n bacon burrito for £6??? And calling that a kimchi is an abomination to all korean people. Sorry.
