Baby Catshark at Octopus Centre

We’ve been nurturing this mermaid’s purse in our marine tank since last summer. Earlier this week, during our weekly checks, Jenny saw our efforts rewarded.
We are sad to not be able to see the hatching given we are all working from home, but delighted to see a healthy baby catshark ready to be released back into the wild on a low tide.
