Good morning everybody. Well what a great and happy day for our precious baby girl. I am 76 years old and I have watched her from the time you all found her alone and have caught up in snare and wounds were open and nights you all were trying to comfort our little elle after her mommy was taken away from her. She looked so afraid of everything I can only imagine what she thinking(I was praying for her but God is so able.) But look at her now!!!!!!!! Thank you for all of you for showing us this beautiful journey as we watched you all take care of one of God's creatures. I think she so happy and comfortable with her young life. I have enjoyed all of it and I continue to pray for all of us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen. Thank you again. What a journey family!!!!!! You really make a 76 years old mother and grandmother and a child of God happy. From MO in the USA . Have a blessed and safe day everyone.

Bubi looking out for Fishan since his injury - what a kind-hearted soul she is. It just kind of blows my mind that an adult female would do that with a mature bull, but then again there’s no other Jabulani-like herd in the world, and because of the elements that make it unique, behaviors and characteristics are exposed that’ve never been seen. And it’s so awesome to witness.

I know I am being a silly old granny, but I am feeling quite sad that our little pink baby has grown up, and will now join her herd - overjoyed of course that she has survived, thrived, because of the wonderful care of everybody. But her sheep sleeping partners, her gate and door opening attempts ….. it makes me quite nostalgic that that is now no more. I am just a sentimental old lady, I know. But having watched her every day from the start, I am scared that she will now dissolve into the herd. Thank you Adine and all the carers for what you have done. Not just for little Sunshine, but for all these magnificent animals in your care. May you be abundantly blessed. 🙏🏻❤️

Our little Meisiekind certainly has a will of her own. She's a feisty, independent over-achiever who's gonna do just great given the time and patience it'll take. After watching all these videos, it seems to me that elephants like to have some type of daily routine, just like it is with many of us humans. We're betting here in ChiTown that Meisiekind is going to do just fine.

This breaks my heart, it has really been important to me to watch this poor little baby not much bigger than common house dog when she arrived and now she's grown so big and strong and full of life. God bless Adine and all the carers for their dedication and hard work. The herd is so amazing and beautiful and so intelligent. God bless all who are involved and helped in any way they could, and I hope people will still contribute and help out that way. I am 63 and disabled and haven't had anything yet to give by I will do so as soon as I can as there is still so much that needs doing and so many that need aid sadly there will always be some poor elephants injured or made orphan by the cruelty of man. I was a soldier once and wish I could have helped to defend them when I was younger and able. Not to sound violent because there has been so much violence in that whole region which is why some of the original herd had to flee the former Rhodesia south into South Africa to find a safer place. It's sad to realize that if strife or war comes again they are at the end of the road, there is no where else farther south for them to flee to. One day I hope there will be peace and safety for the Rhinos and Elephants and other at risk animals and for the humans who look after and protect them. Hopefully if something bad happens there will be men and women willing and able to protect our animal brothers and sisters as we truly are all related. God bless all

What a cool video of our sweet Pinky girl Khanyisa 🥰❤️🐘 Just as curious as ever in the beginning of the video and it had to take two of her Carers to get her moving and she was holding trunk to hand with one and I thought that was just so sweet that she loves being with those two Carers.😊❤️🐘 Then it was cool to see all the elephants just taking a leisurely walk and not in any hurry to get wherever they were going too.😂🥰🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘 The two moms with Khanyisa and I believe that Fishon was with them too was a nice sight too.🥰 But, what I loves seeing and it’s all the time is when the whole herd family were all together and it was the coolest sight to see too. Watching them all walk together or behind each other.😊🥰❤️🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘🐘 I know it’s night time there in South Africa and I do hope that our sweet Khanyisa is doing good with her Elephant roomies and they the sounds of the outside don’t make her nervous too. If I may ask, when she was inside at night, were the windows open and could she hear the sounds of the outside? Like the wild animals that pass by? I have worried about her lol day and am hoping she will be fine sleeping out in the open with Fishon and a few other elephant family members. Thanks for an awesome video and the dirt mound for her to sleep up against, Khanyisa sure looked like it was more of a play box then anything.😂 Is she aware since she is still young of what it’s used for? Is that a natural instinct of an elephant? Thanks and God bless you all humans and all the elephants too!! I s Nd them love, hugs, and many of God’s protection and blessings too. I am Happy and Tearful 😪 at the same time. It was a Heartfelt touch of Herman and Khanyisa holding each other, like old Chums. Adine and the Carers have raised Khanyisa well. I do think that 🐘 💖 she knows something is going on. I am so excited in what happens upon their return tonight.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've never seen it before, but I imagine that they all hold hands and trunks with the elephants often. One of the 12 million things you never think you're going to see in your lifetime! 🤣👍

Khanyisa is so big now! Zoos use those sand piles as well in their indoorvenclosures, for both Asian and African ellies.
