I agree...it's hard at the moment but I know that it will go by so fast. Im just hanging on for the ride.

Good on ya for bring yer baby wheelin on an easy trail. Just gotta have a parent watch the 'lil squirt over any bumps. Gotta remember their necks aren't that strong yet. Happy wheelin'!😊

We want him to get use to being outside...he's now 6 months so bumping along easy dirt trail is not too bad for him..but Im cautious now of really big whoops

Great video. I volunteer at the Black Mountain Fire Outlook. It is across Boulder Basin Campground. You will need to come when the Outlook is open for the season. It is amazing.

Oh really? I must've missed it then...thanks for your volunteer! I have an excuse to come back now.

Thank you...he definitely loves the outdoor but hate the car seat. I can see once he's a bit older he will enjoy it more

When it snows, Idyllwild is a great place to visit. Hoped you stopped by at lake fulmor, its a small beautiful lake to picnic and even fish when they stock trout
@Michael_TranАй бұрын
We want to go back when there's snow...I've been there once when there was just small patches of snow. But hopefully we get some good rain this winter and see the local mountains full of snow like last year.

Good Video! My kids loved black mountain trail, we camped up at the top then drove to the river crossing on Bee Canyon Trail the next day. Fun late summer trip!

That sounds like the perfect weekend...I honestly love that more than some crazy challenging trail. For us it's just to be outside enjoying nature is what we love.

That makes me want to hit up the Bee Canyon to Idyllwild trail! Baby is very cute!

I need to go back on that trail bro...hopefully we can do some snow wheeling again this year. He's so adorable right now.

@ yeah it was a nice easy trail. 2wd definitely but I would definitely want some clearance with all those holes.

With a baby it's harder to get out to film a lot of the sceneries as he constantly need to be hold but it's a beautiful trail

Hey Micheal do you do wheelin group rides, how can I join you on an outing??
@rideryou8707Ай бұрын
Hi Michael, how can I do some wheelin with you. I’m in Orange county 👍
@YuhboyJacobАй бұрын
With the weather right now do you think a 2wd with good clearance and AT tires can clear most of that trail? And is your Tacoma 2 or 4wd?
@Michael_TranАй бұрын
I think so...honeslty the last section is the only area I saw a need for 4x4...2wd should be fine with most of the trail.
@M12LoonАй бұрын
Michael, what app are you using for the maps of the trail?
@Michael_TranАй бұрын
I've use a few different ones to cross reference to see...but overall Gaia gps is my go to for when on the trail.
@stacky512aАй бұрын
Do you know the condition of the trail beyond where you turned around?
@Michael_TranАй бұрын
From what I've saw on KZbin...it's more rutted but not bad if you have 4x4...then again condition is always changing.
@BeattheroutineАй бұрын
Some parts are really bad in that loop, we needed to turn around. There was also a fallen tree on the trail. The tower is a small hike away off the trail.
@stacky512aАй бұрын
@@Michael_Tran when i used the boulder up there several years ago, it was passenger car friendly. A little slow at times, but regularly accessible.
@cesarvilla1422Ай бұрын
will a stock subaru make this trail ?
@Michael_TranАй бұрын
We saw a few Subaru stock but not sure how far they went...the rock section was towards the end.
