Hey Ben, just wanted to let you know that sulcata tortoises actually prefer grass or hay to leafy greens. It’s best to just buy them a hay bale and let them have at it, as they eat a lot and buying that many greens gets expensive very quickly

Back when I lived on a ranch we used to have burn days to get rid of organic garbage that didn't make sense to put in our composter but we made sure not to burn plastics or rubber, pretty much anything that would be caustic. But some people did and it was fine since it was such a rare occurrence and by volume didn't add up to much.

Tortoises typically will eat a lot more after a few days of getting used to their surroundings. It's a good idea to switch up the greens in his diet, fruits should be given only once or twice a week not daily. My Sally likes blueberries and dragon fruit. Question..what happened to the black kittens? I miss seeing them. Love your channel!

I forgot to mention something with regards to the hole the dogs keep digging on your last video. In India some farmers have very rickety fences and elephants often break them down to invade the crops. The solution to the problem was to mix very hot peppers with mud and cake the fence in it. The elephants can't stand the peppers and refuse to go near the fences. Same her at home for me. I had a mouse problem and spread the pepper powder at all areas the mice could be found. The hot pepper gets stuck on their fur, gets in their eyes etc. It took one day to empty my house. All the mice were gone. My suggestion is to pour powdered pepper around that area or mix it in with the soil where the dogs dig.
