I know you have a reptile room, in your furnace area. When housing your hatchlings in your tubs, do you only use heat mats to control temps because your room stays fairly warm? One thermostat per mat?

one stat per rack. Controls all the heat tape on each rack

Depends on how you do it, can be any time but I usually start pairing in late January and get eggs by March.
