She rocked Indian metal with Shanti shanti shanti, Got Sabaton to dance to her Euro Polka metal in Oh Majinai, and now she's cutting loose with her take on Egyptian/Arabian metal.... My fave of the album. 🤘🦊🤘

Arabian psytrance metal! 🕺💃🤘 The katakana pronunciation of METALIZM is メタリズム/Metarizumu. Metarizumuzumuzumu = メタリズム/Metarizumu (metal rhythm) + ズムズム/zumuzumu (thrumming (e.g., with excitement)).

Yeah, psytrance. Something I could mix it in with other psytrance tunes.

Good reaction, thanks! Yes, this is crazy even for BABYMETAL standards (sometimes I forget "iine", sorry... haha). That shredding solo is mind-blowing (the first time I listen to it I was like "wait a minute, is that a guitar?". And I can't wait to see it live.

Totally agree 100%! The craziest song of the album, crazier than Mirror Mirror. There's so much stuff packed in this one, it's surprising it actually works, but it definitely does! I still put Monochrome first on the podium, for the lyrics and the emotions, but METALIZM is exactly the kind of funny craziness that makes BABYMETAL what they are, so it's a well deserved second place. 🤘🦊⚡️

This sounds like the song during the concert where they let the band have their solo moments . This is going to be a great tour to see live .

That solo is SICK! Was doing some research and I *think* it's using Persian scales to start, then switches to Western scales halfway through, which is already bananas, but then to put it in the same song twice... 🤯 That shit is going to be a TRIP performed live!

I fully agree with you on this one. Su's vocals are very cool and shows once again she can sing any style and make it her own.

Welcome back to BabyMetal's metalverse 🦊🤘🌐 Like i said before, this is the type of songs and blend i was looking for, and this another song that the girls love. With hits around the world like DVBBS & Borgeous - Tsunami, the first time i heard the snippets of this got immediately those vibes, but i wasn't expecting that solo guitar, i can see Takayoshi Ohmura shredding this live, or maybe a guest guitar. The exotic middle-eastern sound (maybe?) gives to this new track a sort of tale that relates directly to METAL KINGDOM and maybe Divine Attack - Shingeki too. Here's some official info: METALIZM (SMOKE) _An armored knight appears amid a smoky haze. The song features tribal rhythms interwoven with captivating melodies as if it narrates a fable-like story._ This journey is fascinating and the metalverse is becoming a rollercoaster. Here's the lyrics translated. Thanks for sharing this and kitsune up!🦊🤘🚭 Composer: RYU-METAL, MEGMETAL Lyricist: METALIAN, RYU-METAL Arranger: MEGMETAL [Lyrics] A knight from the Metal Kingdom comes over a thousand nights, magic wand in hand, accompanied by a cavalry. The King from the Metal Kingdom, wrapped in white clouds, fly high with wings spread. METALIZM A knight from the Metal Kingdom rides on a thousand winds, redrawing the map of the treasure hunt. The King from the Metal Kingdom escaped from the darkest dark to the new world lit up by the golden sunlight. METALIZM

I've said it before, really intrigued about the choreo. My top 3 in this album, weirdly hypnotyzing is only way I can describe it. I also had an idea that you could make a custom gif of the fox sign for Babymetal videos. Have a good one.

@@LocalBandSmokeout Yup! He and his wife are wonderful, and of course supporters of you. Had a couple of spare tickets for Nemo in Dallas and invited them along. Great people. I’m personally a huge Babymetal and Nemophila fan. Went to Makuahri Messe in Jan, and chased Nemo in US. I also like Lovebites and Band-Maid, to name just two others.

About 2 weeks ago, on the NeonReaper channel, in the AG's Hanako reaction video, I could not answer your reply properly. I posted a link to it easily and YT prevented me from commenting on it. I am so sorry. So, the videos of the Hibiya live on 29th Jan, don't seem to have been uploaded on YT at the moment, but I have found an article about the day's live, so please search for it in Japanese below. You can read the article by pasting it into an automatic translation. 水曜日のカンパネラ×chelmico×新しい学校のリーダーズ競演、極寒の日比谷野音にこたつ出現

Metalizm is becoming the MVP of the album, I love watching people's reaction to it! The song is like if they took the flavor of Shanti Shanti Shanti, the vocal fire BxMxC and added just a dash of Oh! MAJINAI for jauntiness.

⚡ 💕 / 🐪 🧿 🐪 I don't disagree, but that's an unexpectedly high score. And we haven't even seen the staging and choreography for this one yet. : ) To quote the members in a recent (translated) interview with PMC magazine: SU-METAL: This is the most chaotic song, and it’s rather difficult to understand, playing the role of “what the heck is this?!” on this album. Though I really have no idea how to describe it, I can’t wait for people to listen to it. It will definitely blow people away when performed live. MOAMETAL: The song itself is good, but I think it’ll change significantly when performed with choreography and live music, so look forward to seeing how it turns out. I wonder how hyped the audience will get at this song? SU-METAL: Right? We’ve never had a song like this before, so I wonder how it will turn out. It’s got a Middle Eastern feel to it. SU-METAL: That’s right. It’s another new and unique element we’ve added to BABYMETAL’s repertoire of skills.

After hearing whole album. Really digging it but this is my favorite song at moment. Digging that midde eastern egyptian kinda feel in guitar. Reminds of Nemophila doing Hypnosis and some other bands going for that sound in some songs too. So the girls are in their 20s now and we been seeing it even in last album. But seems like they really are breaking away from the kawaii metal songs. No more bubblegum time machines and hide and seek songs haha. Which makes sense seeing as they are older. Fans of course will still hear some of those songs at concerts. But they are for sure changing. I like it. Interesting to see if they do add that permanent third member will the songs after this album change even more. We will see. But very cool. Good to see BabyMetal back into full swing. I envy those in UK that get to see them with Sabaton. Should be a killer concert.

I love Su's cadence in METALIZM ( I WISH we got more of it. a 3rd verse or something) and the beat is sooooo good. The 2 guitar solo type shredding parts are going to be amazing live. VERY curious what the choreography for it will be like. I feel like this song NEEDS it's own costume.🤘🦊🤘
