It's truly impressive how many different styles of music Babymetal uses. I've never seen Japanese people using Indian music like that ever before. Edit: Hey man, if you're just gonna suggest another example of Japanese people using Indian music, others already have, and that doesn't change the fact that this was new to me when I posted this. Okay, see ya! \m/

They are really unique in that regard. I wonder what would happen if say, they teamed up with Devin Townsend? Lol. Nothing would be out of bounds.

This is not Indian music, This is middle eastern. The lyrics are about indian stuff. Go listen to indian music and middle eastern music. The beat is different, the instruments used in this song are also middle eastern. Beat and melody are middle eastern, arabic.
@wydiwy5 жыл бұрын
@@ボルト-v6k It's kind of both. Thousands of years of cultural exchange and shifting borders led to many similarities regarding style, rhythm, instrumentation and theme. You'll find some of those elements everywhere from Greece in the north-west to Egypt and Yemen in the south and India in the east and probably beyond. It's like trying to pin-point what we would now call "Celtic music" to any particular region or country.
