As a former lab technician, my understanding is that there wouldn’t be any number attached for her amount of fetal dna present cause it’s under their threshold for what the test can pickup. It’d be interesting to know what the threshold number is for the test for the lowest amount it can recognize though

Correction! Hales case is very complex. I said he sought a Florida protection order before Ohio. He actually got the Ohio order first then tried to get one in Florida and was denied in a very sneaky weird way which comes out in the depo we read tonight. Sorry for the misstatement!

Paying to simply use a name and image would put creators in the position of paying criminals or being silent pertaining to their activities - BIG NO! These are CLEARLY both frivolous lawsuits and the fact that they were not immediately tossed is not good law - the average person (or KZbin creator is harmed by such attempts). I know you can attest to that Dave. THAT is a big part of what has been going on in both the Owen’s and the Hale’s case - lawyers trying to silence the truths for their clients in these ways and it is a BIG threat to creators freedom of speech and viewers freedom of information to make informed decisions through looking at all sides of a situation - the VERY thing which had turned many off of Mainstream Media the knowledge that information is canned for us according to others ideas of what we should believe and threatening peoples abilities to learn/gain critical thinking skills. That being said, the other side of that is that there is a line to cross in presenting information in the form of defamation or with solely malicious intent (anti Jeremy Hales ecosystem). I would LOVE to see you covering this Dave. I can understand your fears in doing so - but once you learn the case you will see that it has all the same elements as the Laura Owen’s case and needs to be reported for the very same reasons and more…there is a child involved and it is a service to the child to cover the case - she needs people to expose the truths for her.
