Thank you for being honest with REM teachers not being effective at teaching. I definitely agree. They are great at imparting tips from real life experience but in terms of concepts di ko na sila maintindihan. But I don't think na magiging hindrance yon, kung possible mag work as a part time RE salesperson kasi experience is the best teacher talaga sa Real Estate Industry and mas gagana ang learning mode natin kapag naiapply talaga ang mga concepts in real life. Btw I'm a fresh graduate of BSREM.

I've been in real estate industry for so long. My suggestion is to make REM just your 2nd course unless gusto nyo magtayo ng brokerage firm. Pansinin nyo hindi offered yan ng big 4 universities. Mas gusto kasi gawin sales agent ng mga real estate companies yun non license holder as inhouse agent nila. Pag licensed ka sa broker status ka ilalagay which is freelance, no allowance pero full commission.

Ang fast track po ay para sa mga may bachelor’s degree/ college graduate na po. I’m not sure po if BS REM is still purely online so best to ask iAcademy. And if ever you take BS REM, taking the board exam is not required unless you want to become a licensed real estate broker or licensed real estate appraiser 😊

Hi, tama po na pwede pong mag-fast rack ng BS REM and since hindi po business degree ang degree mo po, 2 years siya instead of 1 year. Pwede ka pong mag-take ng board exam pagka-graduate mo po 🙂

Hello, it’s best na ipa-check niyo po sa school na-enrollan niyo kasi sila po mas nakakaalam kung alin sa units niyo ang ma-credit po. Wala rin po kasi akong idea kung business graduate ka po. Pasensya na po and hindi ako nka-help. God bless po 🙂
