This specific person we’re talking about has issues that has nothing to do with women getting degrees. Maybe too much and we've learned that is a personality trait of hers so I have grace for her in that regard. In my opinion, in the grand scheme lying or being unsure if you open doors is dumb. She lied to her parents too then because his answer was "yeah I think so" and she said "not all the time". I find Roxanne emotionally manipulative and it was very interesting seeing them interact. Roxanne asked Kat a question about Alex not staying awake when she already knew the answer. I think the point of that conversation was to knock Alex down a peg and it failed miserably. She talks crap about everyone and that's so annoying but I do think it helped Kat to be more firm.

It’s a huge deal actually because it means you lie with ease and can lie easily about bigger things. You can never trust someone who puts on a mask all the time. I disagree because I have a different opinion on their characters. Roxanne is much more realistic and tells the truth like it is. But we’ve witnessed Alex literally lying to Roxanne like when she asked him what happened that night him and Antonio got into it. 1 white lie compared to many white lies constantly and also never showing your true self ( these are the things she was warning Kat about) is a concerning thing. Add to the fact that Roxanne actually really liked Alex for a good while, what would make her suddenly despise him if he was such a great person? Also he called her an unrespectable woman and never apologized even after Roxanne did. In fact, he said it was warranted! I see SO many red flags in him. Also, in her case asking Kat that question while assuming the answer wasn’t manipulation, it was a tactic used to start a conversation she wanted to have. It’s like asking someone if they’re okay, knowing they’re not, so you can try to make them feel better.

Ill be honest, I think the people that really should leave their partners is Ryann and Trey. I think Riah isn't a bad person, but she isn't what Trey is looking for, nor is Trey what Riah is looking for. That is totally fine, I think they are just together because they genuinely have deep feelings for one another, but also that fear of "What is life like without this person?" I think Ryann's partner (cannot remember his name for the life of me), has so many issues that he never worked on. How do you see affection and sex as the same thing? That is a very messed up view, and I believe he has this due to never actually working on his issues. Also "I cheated on Ryann before", was just glossed over so fast. Ryann seemed far more comfortable around others, than her partner.

Not sure about Trey. He gave me "nice guy" feelings. He said he loves Riah but then was very ready to change his mind the moment he thought he had a chance with a new hotter chick. He went back to Riah only because Ryann rejected him and said she wasn't interested in something more. But who knows, maybe Trey and Ryann will try to date after the show (from the preview in ep 8 it seems both of them will end they relationship).

Outside of putting her hands on him, I get it. She went zero to hundred fast most likely because they had been intimate before and he was exploring other options. And then she’s pregnant. She clearly needs to work on handling her emotions, even it they are valid. The feeling of being used, discarded etc for the next person isn’t good, even if she signed up for the show, you think you can handle something and then boom clearly you can’t. But I give that guy mad respect. The patience. The fact he didn’t even think or move in the direction to escalate that hit. That takes a massive amount of self control.

Lisa & Brian seem like a toxic couple. Could some baby trapping have happened here? Either she baby trapped him, faked a pregnancy to get him to leave the show with her. Or he baby trapped her to get her tied to him regardless of if he proposes. It's all very iffy. Whatever the case, if one of them deliberately baby trapped the other and came to the show after _knowing_ she may be pregnant, there's an added element of toxicity because he or she was okay with Lisa taking shots and getting drunk.
