Yup. They're very, very obviously not people who should be making long term plans of any kind. They're obviously not sure about anything, they're not working as couples and most of them seem like they're together because of ether passion or inertia and both are horrible foundations. Passion is fleeting, hence all the flip flopping. Inertia is pretty horrible since it's somebody staying in a relationship because it's less work than finding a new one. And you know what. This is perfectly fine for your 20's but good God, do not bring the fucking government into your drama. If you both know you want to settle down and have a family, I would still wait a year before a proposal and at least an additional year before marriage, assuming everything is still going fine. If anyone in the relationship has any missgivings, it's a hard no on the making it official.

How about the fact that Nate had several choices that he wanted to pursue but when all of the were chosen or not interested, he waited until Lauren was about to say yes to Colby to pull a total desperation move and propose to Lauren. Personally I thought it was funnier when Hunter did his proposal because Alexis went into this acting her #%$^ didn't stink and the dynamic screamed that he's her doormat that likely thought she could do better. Then she starts lashing out when she realizes the other guys want nothing to do her presumably because they've heard her talk for longer than 5 minutes so theoretically it should've been able to give Hunter some power in the relationship which he immediately chucks into the fire by proposing to her anyway. Alexis' reaction is honestly pretty accurate because it makes absolutely no sense. I feel like Lauren is the bigger idiot because she still went through with the engagement even after seeing Nate get rejected left, right and center by the other women and them telling Lauren what a douchenozzle he is.

She was constantly drunk and yelling at him and you could tell how much he was invested in her. And he did kiss someone else but she was trying to sleep with Randall and to me a makeout session with a person you're not gonna see again is not as bad as connecting with someone on an emotional personal level and trying to sleep with them. People are calling Colby a narcissist in the comments because he kissed another girl for Madilyn.... He didn't really explain it well but I think he kissed the other girl because he was jealous of Madilyn and Randall and he wanted to prove to her and him that he could find someone else if he wanted to. That Madilyn could lose him too. But I think once he did it he felt bad even though technically they weren't in a relationship at that point. And explaining it as an open relationship was probably the most accurate way of explaining it to stranger without breaking an NDA. And are we not gonna talk about how Colby and April kissed?? Like that came out of nowhere and I feel like if Colby and April actually dated they would be compatible just because their personalities are so similar but also because they're happy-go-lucky people wanting the best from every situation.

@dct902102 жыл бұрын
@@msnandimarie7023 yeah seems like she's an emotional drunk. Like you could tell when she was wasted because she would talk slower. When Colby lashed out at dinner with her friends, I don't blame him. He was putting himself through hell for this woman and she was just drunk trying to get her friends to give her an excuse to leave. And he reminds me of my husband. Straightforward and understanding and not an overly emotional person and Madilyn is the opposite. Super emotional and wanting to talk about everything. When they moved past their issue she HAD to bring it up because if he didn't say exactly what she wanted to her he was an awful boyfriend. Marriage requires forgiveness and understanding. If he apologized and explained his feelings then accept it and forgive him or don't and leave him. But once she forgave him she didn't need to bring it up again and that's where I see his frustration. Madilyn isn't ready for marriage especially not to him.
@jimwaxer81662 жыл бұрын
That kiss between April and Colby looked completely staged. It looked like they had no chemistry and the producers told them to kiss. maybe as part of the show it was agreed by all parties that during the trial marriage partners had to kiss as part of the show.
@jimwaxer81662 жыл бұрын
Madlyn wants to be single and wants men to lust after her. There is no way she should be married at this point of her life. It is a mystery what Colby sees in her and why he wants to marry her right now. Maybe in a few years Madlyn will want to settle down but it isn’t right now and it isn’t with Colby.

It was interesting that on the last night together with their other choices, it seemed like some of them might have been like "what the heck- it's my last chance to be with someone else before going back, so why not?" She was mad at Colby for not telling her his experience with other women and talking about her to a woman during their break, when she definitely acted like they were broken up as well and didn't tell Colby the multiple kisses she shared with Randall, all while talking the most mess about their partner than anyone else on the cast. She was malicious in her intention while talking with shanique about her experience at girls night, as she was laughing at shanique being hurt about it. This show was faf. Couples who ‘made it’ had every intention of getting married, and just wanted to get some free press for their weddings.
@gissellel6632 жыл бұрын
Damn as a 35 yr old I’m watching these supposed 25 year olds hold ultimatums already. They do seem like babies now from my perspective lol. So I had my baby at 30 and have been engaged & planning a wedding at this age has been pure bliss! My man is mature, has his life together and we’re enjoying the finer things life together. I partied all through 20s and so did he and now we are ready for our family, our baby is 5 and life is good.. so waiting another 5-10 years later made a big difference. But they did a great job trying to learn more about themselves, I even learned some new insights looking at their issues lol.

Such an awful idea for the show, that enables even more toxicity in the modern society.

I knew the show would be messy so I figured I'd like it but damn I hate everyone. Like it's fine when these reality shows cast someone to hate on, that's typical. But I'm not rooting for anyone so I don't have any investment in any of the couples.
@alb58012 жыл бұрын
Not a single individual. Lol
@CC122032 жыл бұрын
I'm only rooting for everyone to walk away single at the end! Because I can't see any of them lasting (new or old couples). Just a lot of dysfunctional communication and issues all around...

I'm blown away by how many toxic relationships and toxic individuals are on this show 🤯 These couples either need serious therapy or shouldn't be together at all. Jake and Rae are the only two that actually seem compatible and have a chance at making it work in the real-world. I really do hope they choose each other at the end. I'm calling it now; their couple name is *Rake* 😏

I feel so sad for April though. Jake and Rae do seem great for each other but April actually did so much self reflection and work and she has a heart of gold and no one to share it with.

I feel bad for April tbh she was my favorite she really seemed like she put in the work with the experiment but ultimately Jake might just be more compatible with Rae unfortunately
@fasa342 жыл бұрын
Trust me, you don't want to be with someone 100% like you. That is why opposite attracts. Jake doesn't know it yet but April is meant for him. They're just young and hot headed atm.
@unknownunknown_2 жыл бұрын
I honestly rather see him with April because when you really look at it.. Rae is not emotional with zay she doesn't even acknowledge his feelings.. she brushes him off plus when they asked her why do she love him.. she couldn't answer that question..I don't think Rae really knows what she wants and Jake's mom was right.. if you're with someone that's comfortable n not challenging.. you're not growing.. you're settling.. he likes the feeling he has with Rae because she doesn't press him about life expectations.. when in reality he does need to get a job.. he does need to figure out what path he's gonna take.. plus she doesn't know Jake like April does..

this show SUCKED! It just wasn't pulling me in like at all. the Permise is very stupid! if you have to give your partner a Ultimatum you should just end the relationship and call it a day! If your man Don't want to marry you, Cheats all the time, doesn't want to post you on their social media, and or is abuse in anyway (emotional or physically), Am sorry but IT'S TIME TO LEAVE!

@tatianaragland40072 жыл бұрын
@@lisah8438 thats not true. I personally don't care what happens at the end but am just saying as a whole...if you have to do Ultimatum in your relationship it would be smarter to just leave that relationship verus trying to force something that will never change.

I haven’t watched it but even from just these clips, I kept wanting to say to them: you know we can all see and hear you, right? Seriously, how can these people just go back to the real world after this behavior is made public?

🤣 It was fun till they went back to their own partners... Then people were fighting about things that had me so confused... Like what you all fighting about. You all with your first world problems 😂 I loved Colby. His girlfriend really couldn't stand him. And he's handsome. Don't cry over someone who doesn't like you even.
@felicia73022 жыл бұрын
Yeah but Colby was gaslighting her and really not listening, which is what she criticised about him. Like they just had a huge argument and she told him she wasn‘t sure and he‘s just like „I wanna marry Madlyn“. Like, did you not listen to a word she said???

It was really triggering for me to see Rae and Shanique being so immature with Zay. He deserves more than that. Hope he never opens up again with these two. They only hurt him… didn’t listen and judged, didn’t allow him to talk. And him going out coming back in the morning was a scape, and in my opinion completely understandable due to the circumstances. I didn’t see empathy neither compassion… really hard to see those scenes.

Right.....Zae is the mature one.......being physically abusive and always leaving the room when he's being called out for his antics...
@gissellel6632 жыл бұрын
Exactly! Some people said he was the worst but no, he was trying to expressive himself to one that had such a hard time speaking with him and the other that cut him off at every point he was trying to make. He will be great with a woman that allows him to speak and gives him effective feedback.
