What do you think of "pushing" with the external side of the back foot against the rubber, not to jump or something like that, but just before back leg rotation, to give more power to the move ? Let's take for example the "King of the Hill" tool which cliks with a horizontal push, which indicates that pitcher must push somewhere in the motion ?

Arm injury waiting to happen. Pushing like that, I know exactly what you’re talking about, pushing like that results in the arm being left behind and needing to catch up. Eventually it’s going to do some real damage

It’s much more likely that the pushing motion would only worsen the rotation component or cause a leak in energy. There are guys like Shane mclannahan or chase petty who are able to push and still capture rotation but it seems like it’s more of an individualistic habit and not a movement that is feasible to learn.

Yes! I started by putting both hands together and pretend I'm holding a bat. Then i pull my hands back like I'm about to hit. That was how I learned to load when throwing.
