Musicless videos are pretty hot and underrated! This video was all about focus! I literally got touched to the tone of Simon’s voice! Also, video isn’t a total of lots of cut (short scenes) which locks me on focusing on a specific movement efficiently, great content, pretty wisely created.

Do you retract in the German Hang?

You can and you’ll get greater stretch on the shoulders and pecs. Alternatively, you can actively protract which will reduce stretch and demand active force production.
