The First Year

The first year is toughest for Meniere's or any vestibular disorder. Learning triggers. Doing research. Joining support groups seeking advice. Also seeing horror stories. The thing is we are all different. What works for some may not work for you and what works for you may not work for others. Learn as you go and remember you'll be okay !!

I ask them to not salt fries at McDonald’s when I get the urge for them. Which may be a little too often😉
