Simply Lex ik this comment wasn't to me but I did this and I seen tones of progress I got a lot more flexible and I felt a lot more relaxed as well I like to do this twice a day during summer to and do this video during school times of the year as well but during the summer I like to go through all her stewardship routines and warmups every day and I have made tons of progress so I hope that helps

I'm so glad that you made this video. I'm starting school next month and I always want to stretch everyday to increase my flexibility. This video fits in very well with my school schedule. Thanks 😊. Also, Can you please do a front walkover tutorial. I've always wanted to know how to do it. ( I'll try and learn my back bend first before you do it and it's very convenient that you made a back bend tutorial what a coincidence! 🌟

+Fiercelivy I'll try my best 😊 the things I find hard is that in a back bend when I try to go lower my body doesn't allow it and I just have to come back up. My back is now quite flexible but I think I need more confidence and maybe back strength to allow me to go down all the way. I'll start to watch and do your back bend stretches everyday until I get it. Hopefully I get it before your front walkover tutorial.

When I was younger, I use to be very flexible, I was doing circus as sport... then we moved home in a totally different place and I couldn't find any similar activity so I did gymnastic, I was hoping that it would make me "keep that flexibility" ... but I've lost so much... today I want to work it back so I will try your routine to see if I would be able to find it back... Thank you for the tips and advices, I'll let you know if this has work or not 😊 👊💪

How do I get over the tension in my muscles? That's the only read I won't stretch anymore. Stretching feels weird and kinda painful

+agdancer1299 aww! She did do a beginner stretching routine 😊 but at least try them, if you can't do them means those are the stretches for you to make you flexible. Trust me. When I tried to do wall splits with my right leg I was in pain but I said I will try it when I more flexible. I keep saying that to my self once I stretched but now I have my right splits and I can easily slide into my wall splits with no pain! You can do it!

What I do is that I wake up at 5:am and do my workout for 30min then in school for 5th grade I do gymnastics outside and then after the thirty min it would be 5:30 so after that I get ready for school but Id hv to bath beacause I sweat and then I come back from school and do my stretches and gymnastics while I'm doing homework
