Simply Lex ik this comment wasn't to me but I did this and I seen tones of progress I got a lot more flexible and I felt a lot more relaxed as well I like to do this twice a day during summer to and do this video during school times of the year as well but during the summer I like to go through all her stewardship routines and warmups every day and I have made tons of progress so I hope that helps

Fiercelivy i'v been working out with your calendar and I have been seeing a lot of belly fat going away thank you and now this workout has also been helping, my sister and I are very great full, because of you my aunt lost 74.2 pound

Fiercelivy, I am in awe of your prolific video making!! In my opinion, you have a minimalistic editing design and you also pay a lot of attention to detail, especially towards instructions which accompany the tutorials (both of which are greatly appreciated!) I'm so glad that you made this video. I'm starting school next month and I always want to stretch everyday to increase my flexibility. This video fits in very well with my school schedule. Thanks 😊. Also, Can you please do a front walkover tutorial. I've always wanted to know how to do it. ( I'll try and learn my back bend first before you do it and it's very convenient that you made a back bend tutorial what a coincidence! 🌟

+Fiercelivy I'll try my best 😊 the things I find hard is that in a back bend when I try to go lower my body doesn't allow it and I just have to come back up. My back is now quite flexible but I think I need more confidence and maybe back strength to allow me to go down all the way. I'll start to watch and do your back bend stretches everyday until I get it. Hopefully I get it before your front walkover tutorial.

When I was younger, I use to be very flexible, I was doing circus as sport... then we moved home in a totally different place and I couldn't find any similar activity so I did gymnastic, I was hoping that it would make me "keep that flexibility" ... but I've lost so much... today I want to work it back so I will try your routine to see if I would be able to find it back... Thank you for the tips and advices, I'll let you know if this has work or not 😊 👊💪

How do I get over the tension in my muscles? That's the only read I won't stretch anymore. Stretching feels weird and kinda painful

Go into child's pose every time after your hard stretches to release any tension

Hug your legs after each painful stretch And say to yourself that u can do it.

In our school their is a daily exercise in our flag ceremony, but its not enough, tho its just a light warm up body, and need to catch up stretching, hopefully i can manage my time when school comes 😆

+agdancer1299 aww! She did do a beginner stretching routine 😊 but at least try them, if you can't do them means those are the stretches for you to make you flexible. Trust me. When I tried to do wall splits with my right leg I was in pain but I said I will try it when I more flexible. I keep saying that to my self once I stretched but now I have my right splits and I can easily slide into my wall splits with no pain! You can do it!

What I do is that I wake up at 5:am and do my workout for 30min then in school for 5th grade I do gymnastics outside and then after the thirty min it would be 5:30 so after that I get ready for school but Id hv to bath beacause I sweat and then I come back from school and do my stretches and gymnastics while I'm doing homework
