Great video I just got my G2 black about 2 weeks ago and at the start of the video I was a bit against your comment but couldn't actually disagree with and by the end I totally agree with you cause as a beginner G2 really give me confident and feel safe riding on it the first mode is totally for a beginner to get use to riding the board and 2nd for after getting more experienced with your board (although I did fell once cause I think I loosen the rear bushing too much when trying to test out my carving range at a speed) What would you recommend part I get to improve the ride maybe better carving?

Make your board more stiff you will have to do a lot more to turn like lean your body you can say the stiffness will make you have more control

I'm about to order my first e-skate, and have my choices narrowed down to two "finalists": WowGo 2S Pro & BackFire G2 Black. Both 'tick' all the right boxes, especially for a higher-end, quality, "budget" board. I've tried searching comparisons of these two against each other, but have come up completely empty (I can find comparisons of both against the same 'other' boards...just not these two against each other). I could REALLY use some help in deciding. What would the pros/cons of each (against the other) be. Also, something (for both) I haven't been able to find on either is info on 'customer service' (especially for the U.S.) Any "assistance" would be GREATLY appreciated.

@@beans7889 Months ago...ended up getting the Backfire G2 Black, which is fantastic for a "short distance runabout". And then, for my second, I ordered (it was delivered last week) the Ownboard Zeus. Unfortunately, as I'm "out of town" by several hundred miles, and won't be home for at least a couple more weeks, I haven't gotten to test out the Zeus yet...but, I do know it contains the 'new' ESC, which gives it better acceleration & braking, and a greater overall distance.

But it seems decent, and is at a really good price. My main use would be for riding back and forth to uni (only a few miles), or just casual riding. Both would be around a city (local to NYC). If you have an board recommendations please let me know.

@@trumpetperson11 Personally, yes, based on your intended use, I'd recommend it. Granted, I am currently seeking mine (local pickup, opposite side of the country), but that has nothing to do with whether, or not, I still like/recommend it. In my case, had knee surgery (menial meniscus tear), so I can't ride that board anymore...but, thankfully, I can still ride my Zeus w/ pneumatic tires. The G2 Black is still outstanding as a short-distance (ie. under 10 miles) board I've already done as well as an Esk8 for those who don't want to go fast (ie. under 24mph)...and, for the price, that makes it an even better choice.

Since I weigh about 230 lbs, I have to consider whether the board is going to last very long on battery power, and if the motors are going to be powerful and reliable enough to accelerate me, carry me up heels, and reliably stop me when I want to.

I'm torn between the G2 and G3. I just want a board that can handle cracks and bumps on paved roads. I won't be carving. And I won't drive much faster than 20 MPH. Just casual rides without doing anything that would increase my risk of falling. Is there a reason to get the G3 instead of the G2?

Hey Bence, thanks for the support, but I have to agree that it was my mistake and the title needs to go. Even if it's not intended and not meant for a joke, it can be perceived as a joke and it does trivialize the movement for some. It was insensitive of me to put that title up thinking it is just a play of word of what's catchy and familiar. #Facepalm
