Sucks when you are tied to a Pharmacy and a Refrigerator. About 10 years ago I was told I didn't need to keep my insulin pens cold but now I notice on every box there is a statement to keep the insulin cold/refrigerated. Not something I can afford to damage on a hike or more than a day out in the wilderness. I wish I was 20 years old again.

I canoed 250 miles in 3 weeks through the boundary waters all the way to Lake Superior when I was 18, had to carve a spoon out of wood to eat with. Did it in 1987

AUTUMN AROMAS!😍 We LOVED our time in Upstate New York and in the Thousand Islands Region. The smells of leaves and composting vegetation and the clean, dry air on a sunny day were spectacular. Of Course, my WIFE had to follow the grandchildren elsewhere.🙄 I have to rely on YOU TWO FINE OUTDOORSMEN to bring the memories back!

Looks like a fun trip coming back, all that billy goat climbing would have wore me out lol,but the waterfall where you all stayed overnight reminded me of our trip to Niagara falls many years ago and the wetness in the air.Glad you both made it home safe,I watched both you and Joe's version of the trip.Stay safe and we will be ready for your next video.thanks again for taking us along.

Wonderful stuff. Beautiful views around every corner. I've always thought about those lake rafts. I do some pike fishing in West Ireland. Its very similar to there, minus the huge vista's. Thankyou so much for the tour. I hope this isn't taken as teaching you how 'to suck eggs' but, my first job was a gamekeeper and when out deer stalking andit was raining. To get fire when all is wet, collect Silver Birch bark on way to campsite(not important if wet, will light when put to flames ) when collecting wood to burn, find pine and SPLIT to reach the center of wood.(this is usually dry and full of resin) make feather sticks with that wood and start your fire. Hope it's of use,it was to me in the glens of Scotland. A life saver for me, many a time.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍😁😊
