So... That's some beautiful country! I can't believe you let Joe talk you out of bringing a fishing rod - do you know how many monster coaster brookies were watching you from those rivers?

Awesome hike and stunning scenery and I must add that there's nothing like it here in England. Doug, I like your presentation very much, a very happy go lucky attitude that made the walk with Joe so extremely enjoyable to watch. Awesome video! Thanks Joe for bringing me here. I used to be in boy scouts when I was young, and lived in Sault Ste Marie. We explored everywhere. When you guys went through that crevasse at 37:42, it gave me a flashback! That rock. I've been there! Walked that very path and saw the same pictographs. Thanks for that memory!!

Hey Doug, great video. The best part is you guys hanging out and your sense of humor. If I can do some constructive criticism, some of your other videos are alittle dry, but if you can put the same levity in you videos that you have in this one, your channel will grow alot. They dont even have to be about anything special, Joe does the same things over and over again. Thank you for your video Doug.

This video is awesome! I'm American, but ever since my childhood we used to take summer trips up to our cottage on Manitoulin Island in Ontario. The island itself is beautiful, but some of my most memorable times were always going out into the North Channel around the Benjamin Islands. They have the same pink granite color rocks/islands that I see in this video. We'd usually depart from either Gore Bay or Kagawong...both are on the main island. But the Benjamin Islands are honestly more beautiful than any Caribbean/tropical expedition I've ever taken. This Lake Superior shoreline looks VERY identical to the landscape out there, and watching this basically took me back to those childhood experiences. This hike is officially added to my bucket list! Have you guys ever been out in the North Channel before?? If not, then it'd be a KILLER video for sure, just make sure you bring a boat because there are HUNDREDS of islands to explore....

Like I told Joe, you guys were right in one of my favorite places on earth! You can also see allot more of the pictographs from a canoe.

That was simply awesome. You and Joe cracked me up a few times. That terrain at times...not sure my ankles could handle it, but amazing nonetheless. Awesome trip vid. Thanks.
