This was a father and son backpacking trip in the north fork area of Glacier National Park in early August of 2019. The trip covered a total of 45 miles starting at Kintla lake and ending at Bowman lake. This is some of the most beautiful mountain hiking and backpacking in the USA and in my opinion its the best section of Glacier National Park.

Another absolutely epic video. It must have been a blast to do with your son and for it to be his 26th birthday. I have two sons and a daughter. They're all in their mid-twenties it would be really cool to do an adventure like that one day. Like I said, you keep inspiring me with all your great videos. Thank you so much! did it my 1st time in August 1987 (camped at Lake Francis, too). climbed Boulder Peak. then again in August 1996 - but Bowman Lake/Boulder Pass only (no Kintla leg) and again in 2008 adding in Lake Francis i have no video thanks so much for all the great shots and the great memories

To do an epic 4 day backcountry expedy in Glacier without bringing a fishing pole should be a felony. What in the actual F 🤣😂. Surprised there was so little wildlife- there were probably multiple grizzlies close by but you guys were moving some serious milage. Great video!
