At the start of the breaking zones, Yuki was about 3 car lengths behind and Stroll had taken the normal racing line (stay on the outside and cut in). If Hamilton should've backed out two years ago and Verstappen should've backed out in Monza, Yuki should've backed out here. Imo, the stewards have been pretty consistent with this type of call.

It's undeniable that these two races severely damaged Verstappen's title run. Lewis collided with max once and Max collided with Lewis once. Only difference is that Max has given Lewis no room and almost caused a crash another 3 or 4 times but Hamilton always backs out so Verstappen gets no penalties. Legit on 3 or 4 races this year we’ve heard the commentators go, ‘oh Max has gotten lucky there, if Lewis didn’t back out they would’ve touched and Max would’ve been in trouble’. Legit they’ve said that so much. Max is a great driver and very entertaining but with him it’s I’ll squeeze and give no room so u either back out or we touch, but then when it’s the other way round when he gets squeezed or given no room he never backs out, and somehow he always has the whole comment section on his side saying he’s done nothing wrong when most of the f1 drivers and commentators say it’s more Max’s fault, like it’s genuinely a joke. @@Formula1bliz that’s down to car setup. Red Bull went for a high downforce setup and were the slowest on the straights but fastest in the middle sector. AlphaTauri were consistently as fast as Mercedes in the speed traps with the same PU as Red Bull.

And RB was faster at Imola, Max made a mistake on his final Q3 run without which he'd have been on pole by 4 tenths. In the race he dominated and RB was clearly the faster car. Other than that you're correct.
