The best part is Hamilton didn't even use the Brazil ICE unit in Qatar today, he used the ICE unit from Turkey - and Alonso Podium for renault. I can't wait for all of the F1 Podcasts this week, and it's a holiday week in the USA, so there's just about the right amount of time to listen to while I work.

3:08 Hamilton wasn’t using the super engine this race, he was using the engine from the Turkish GP. Toto Wolf said that they will be using the ‘spicy equipment’ (meaning the super engine) in the next race in Saudi Arabia. So Lewis just gapped Max in this race off pure pace alone and nothing else.

I actually have a lot of sympathy for bottas this weekend.Yeah the start with his mistake, but the punctures were just pure unlucky because nobody, not even pirelli can seem to find any indication that the tyres were at risk of puncture that quickly. He did so well for the team to get back and even his return to the pit lane on 3 wheels was massively impressive

7:06 Verstappen?? Hamilton has lost out on a lot of points this season: Baku: Max retired in and Lewis could’ve easily picked up 18-25 points but hit the magic button at the restart. Imola: Lewis was catching Max very quickly but then made that mistake in the wet, crashed into the barrier and had to recover to 2nd. Monza: Lewis looked likely to win the race before Max forced it up the inside and took him out. Turkey: Mercedes messed up his statregy and dropped him from 3rd down to 5th because they didn’t think his tyres would’ve lasted, when in fact they would’ve. Russia: Lewis was about to gain big points on Max because he was down in the order yet somehow managed to fluke a 2nd place in a matter of a couple laps because of the rain causing everyone problems. Lewis is the one who should be far clear in this championship not Max.

He's referring to bad luck. He's saying that bad luck aside, Max would be far clear of Lewis. In terms of driver error it's a different story but Tarun is specifically referring to bad luck incidents
