I have social anxiety but when I'm on stage I thrive. I am fearless because I'm passionate about it. Learn all the details you can and prepare yourself as much as you can before you're auditioning. Do character study as much as you can. Go in there with that character in your ear and listen to them. It sounds crazy but push all that anxiety in the back of your mind and act, like you would in a role, confident. Confident and humble. Thank them for their time. Make eye contact. Go in there and tell them, with your audition and acting skills, that you are what they are looking for.
