Challenge: "Checkers" challenge. You may only place a plant every other square. There is a catch, all plants need to be either yellow or purple (at least 25% of pixels must have this colour). Play on any survival hard. Lilypads and plant pots don't count as unusable. Sunflowers are legal (they're yellow). Gravebusters must only be used on graves that fall on one of the useable tiles. I've tried a no-instant plants challenge on adventure mode. it's pretty interesting at times, and I recommend it. The rules are: 1. no plants that deal "massive" damage are allowed* 2. no plants that are listed as "single use" are allowed 3. I allowed lawn mowers, pool/roof cleaners, but you can choose otherwise *5-5 is an exception, you are allowed to use chompers, otherwise the level would be impossible *spikeweed instakilling zomboni counts I was able to beat most levels, but 2-10 and 5-10 I wasn't able to beat within the rules. there might be a way though.

I asked before for you to do a challenge where you fail if a zombie dies in column X or greater and I wanted to see how low you could get X to be. The strategy would probably be similar but allowing yourself to use flowers, fume shrooms, and pumpkins would change it quite a bit. (you can use any plants for my challenge, but I think those are the most relevant.)

Don’t care which survival level, whether hard or not, and you can use sun producers, defensive plants, and utilities to help survive. Plants viable: -Sunflower -cherry bomb -wall-nut -potato mine -sun-shroom -grave buster -hypno-shroom -ice-shroom -doom-shroom -lily pad -squash -tangle kelp -jalapeño -tall-nut -plantern -blover -pumpkin -magnet-shroom (all the zombies will be 1-shot so this is sort of useless) -flower pot -coffee bean -garlic -umbrella leaf -twin sunflower -imitater Tell me if I missed any.

North to South chalenge: Plant only ice plants in the upper third of the map, only neutral plants on the pool, and all peas on the lower third have to be placed behind a torchwood, sunflowers can be placed either on the hot or temperate area, and the chalenge is lost whenever you freeze a zombie out of the cold area, use a fire or explosive attack outside the hot area, or use a neutral attack out of the temperate area, explosive plants cont as fire

Day one: Evolution challenge (hear me out). Start placing what you think are weak, low-tier plants. And the only way to make them more powerful is to dig them up and plant a slightly more powerful plant. (Maybe in some sort of evolution tree you could draw up) keep doing this and complete any survival! Good luck!

Hello first time commenting a challenge, anyways here it goes: Survival fog hard. but you can only use plants that are not atached to the ground. For example cherry bomb, wall nut, grave buster, lili pad, squash, tangle kelp, jalapeno, tall nut, sea shroom, starfruit, pumpkin, cofee bean, garlic, cattail and imitater. Also you can use sun shroom as your only sun producer

Day one of asking this: Survival Pool (hard) but you can only plant using the imitater and sun producing plants. I tried this challenge myself to make sure it was possible, and.... just make sure you pick the right plant per level! If I can do it you can ;3

My idea: you can pass any survival level with only using instant plants (squash, potato mine, jalapeno e.t.c) and sunflower of course. instant mushshrooms count only if you will play on night level or using cofee bean immediately after planting.

Challenge: Survival (any of the worlds on Hard), but you can only plant 5 plants per flag (10 if it is too difficult). This does not include sun producers, and instakill plants will use up a plant.
