Facts about the cucumbers 🥒. I have been picking mine as a soon as they are to size quickly. Make the plant produce twice as much. I have harvested 5 already and still counting!
@GrowSomethingTasty2 ай бұрын
That is smart. They will keep producing if you pick them. 5 harvest that is awesome. Keep it up.

It's so rewarding to harvest food that you have chosen to grow!

You should've had your shades on and maybe a hat to protect your head from sun. Just a suggestion. 😎

Thanks, Ellen. I don't like shades. I keep losing them, Lol.

@@GrowSomethingTasty I'm sure you know that you can buy ( not sure what they are called) , but they hold your sunglasses on, and attach to both sides of them so they stay put and you won't lose them. Just my suggestion. Hope you have a sunny day wherever you are ! 😎

My jalapeno is actually the first thing to show a harvestable fruit. I'm letting it go a bit to see if it gets bigger, but I'm so excited. My Sweet 100 tomatoes have also started popping, so I'm waiting for them to start ripening! Can't wait to "shop" my garden. 😂

That is great. I know right, shopping in your garden is so great and it tastes AMAZING.

@@GrowSomethingTasty I'm going to have to train myself to meal plan based on what's popping! 🤣

HEY, @Foothills of Appalachia!!! You can't beat fresh food. The store bought is bad compared to the real thing out of the garden.

hey brother. how often should i water my watermelons? i live in a hot climate
@GrowSomethingTasty2 ай бұрын
HEY TOXIC-be8fb!!!! It's hard to say because it's not a set answer. I will tell you to mulch your plants because they help with moisture retention. I water less because of it. I water 2 times a week, sometimes 3. I will tell you to use your finger, place it in the soil if it's bone dry, and you may need water. The mulch is key for my garden.
