this looks great, i was looking for a chinese style chicken satay, i cook a lot of thai and love that (and use Jimmys satay sauce) but love this with egg fried rice and veg like the takeaway Am looking forward to trying the evaporated milk, coconut milk wasn't the taste i was looking for too. . Will report back, nice one and thanks big man. 🙂

@@BackyardChef I always comment halfway through a video I should wait till the end…I could see all of those bottles on the counter and I could see fish sauce and I was saying to myself put some in…it’s so good in that satay sauce.
