Ready roll puff pastry - as much as you need
250g ground pork
-250 ground beef
-75g breadcrumbs (optional)
1 apple fine diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for heat)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely grated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg wash
oven to 380°F (190°C) - 30 - 35 mins cook
Air fryer 360°F (180°C) - 25 - 30 mins cook
