Looks amazing mate. I made your cashew chicken stir fry last night but added a bit of carrot and celery . Served it on a crispy fried ramen noodle pancake. Wife said winner winner chicken dinner and if I can cook her Chinese and she likes it the recipe is a winner. Cheer mate

You are really good at these Chinese style beef stir fries,I never do beef,but now I’m planning to,I need to get some London broil,as that would be perfect for these recipes.I was always worried that beef would be tough,so I used either chicken,or sliced pork chops for the stir fries,now you have shown me how to tenderize the beef,so thank you.😊

The first time i made it i did something wrong (i used to much bakingsoda and didn't rinse the beef) it tasted like a chemical plant.I had to throw it away.But today YES i made it without bakingsoda and it is dilicious.Thank you Rik for your recipe and excellent explanation.Hope to learn more from you.Best wishes.

Love this especially as the ingredients are not hard to obtain. My Mrs. won't touch it as she doesn't eat meat. I asked her why and she said she sees the pigs and cows in her mind, enjoying themselves! She eats fish and a little chicken so I asked her if fish and chickens enjoy themselves. The answer was in Thai and was probably saying, "Don't be a fool, all your life."

The chef is always very liberal when it comes to cooking. Therefore, my comment is allowed: I would NOT wipe out the pan after searing the meat, because I throw away a lot of flavor. But everyone should decide for themselves. All in all, a really nice wok dish!
