Great tips from start to finish with an authentic organic korero. Could I suggest adding a little balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to the onions, reka 👌 Loved your typically NZ Maori attitude, very refreshing. Ma te wa 😏👍

Hmmm, my mum use to put in peas, onions, veges, probably stretched out food having 3 big Maori boys to feed and me, the girl who protected her plate before the boys swiped it off my plate. The struggle was real.

2024 now ...wishes we had food prices from 3yrs ago. 1 dozen pack of organic eggs - $18 NZ & 1 dozen regular eggs $12 !!!
