TRoy, I just gotta tell ya- I am a 22.5" Weber kettle dude. To put it in other terms, if I were to run an ice-cream store, I would master vanilla, chocolate and strawberry in that order LONG before EVER trying to make Rocky Road or any other flavor. I use this philosophy in coaching but I digress. I have the same approach for BBQ'ing but in that same vein: I bought and have extensively use the Cajun Bandit's 22.5" extension that allows someong with a Weber Kettle to smoke like a WSM. I am not sure that I have EVER made a wiser investment. From Thanksgiving Turkey to multiple rib-racks, the Cajun Bandit smoker extension is a life hack for any loyal Weber kettle user. You just cannot beat it's ability to cheaply expand your kettle's ability to low & slow in a larger area. I love that you reviewed this product but I have never tried a rotisserie product. Maybe someday if my Weber Kettles are pried from my cold, dead hands! I DUNNO!
@TROYCOOKS

Hey Bob, I will look into getting the extension ring for the Kettle. I actually paid for the rotisserie unit, but it's such a great product that I just had to give Cajun Bandit a plug. Thanks very much for the support brother!!! Keep that smoke rollin'!!!

That was a good looking injection there, very rich looking. Bacon wrap never hurts for flavor too. Good deal your rotisserie works on the Weber, too. Those pinz rock. Ingenious design with the moveable bracket. Thanks for pointing that out, Troy. That is so cool at 7:12 :) "we're fixin' to let that baby cook!" Hell yeah! Hello Troy, Fantastic Pork Loin you have there, I like the bacon wrap and I really like those Grillpinz to help out with the cook. Trying to over lap bacon to hold in place on its own came be a challenging most of the time but those Pinz look like they do the job well. I always enjoy watching Justin/BBM on his channel but having you guys meet up together pushes BBQ to a new level. Its obvious you all enjoy a fine BBQ and good time together hence what makes a great video, living the dream guys. I look forward to what I'm sure will be a great week of BBQ with your BBQ gang. Thank you, Craig

OMG! I bought some from a local meat market here in Houston. I did not believe you or James when you both said how amazing the seasoning is for cooking. Well let me tell you I am now a believer! I do not like to eat vegetables, so what I did was sprinkle this on some Frozens veggies and I ate the whole bag. Even my husband said Oh!my this stuff must really be good, because you ate veggies. Gonna have to order larger bottles on line..Rachel

Thats a great story. Here is a recipe for veggies that you will absolutely love: Carrots, 4-5 of them, cut em up like fries, place in a bowl, pour on some olive oil and toss to coat, sprinkle some It's Incredible and toss, cover lightly, dump onto a cookie sheet, place in a preheated 350 degree and bake for about 12 minutes, eat, you won't stop. Do the same for Asparagus, you will eat them all. Now try It's Incredible on a Steak, a Pork Chop, Anything, you will love it...Oh, you already do! You will really, really love it! LOL!

Great I will try it. when i went to Hebert meat market they were almost out of the seasoning. The guy at the counter told me that there was a recipe for compound butter but they were out, so I did not get a copy. Maybe next time. Can you stock larger size bottles at this location. Thanks for your feedback..

Thanks, it was great having Justin join me for a few days. We both shot videos while he was here, so stay tuned!!! I think the loin looked square because I marinated it in that Tupperware marinator. My Weber Performer wasn't sitting level and I noticed that as the rotisserie turned, the spit was working it's way out of the motor. So, I turned the rotisserie 180 degrees to prevent the spit from working it's way out of the motor. Good eye!!! LOL

I will ship anywhere a customer wants products. I will check prices and you will only pay exact shipping. Australia was $33.95 or close to that, maybe $32.95, Canada is $23.95, France the same as Australia. I have shipped to 19 different countries in the past 6 years. I will let you know the cost and the weight limit per package. Thanks

@handcannon1388

Troy mentioned that he got it from Lobel's. It you are looking for functionality, and don't place too much stock in a pretty knife, most reputable butcher supply sites (and often the butcher themself) can hook you up. I have a Koch that is as sharp and functional now as it was twenty-plus years and fifty-plus deer ago. My father ordered it through the local processing plant/butcher shop. It was a bribe, since I butchered all of his deer too; for free. It has been and continues to be very useful. I bet that a similar knife could be had today for around $60.

I've never had any luck bringing a loin that far in temp and being edible. Usually a dried out piece of you know what lol. My loins I pull at 140. Tenderloins are forgiving 140-160 I've found.

Thanks Troy, yeah when I was watching and hear you say the temp, I was like omw, but then when you cut it open and I saw all of the juice I was like whew! glad he injected it. You must have been having too much fun. lol. I guess now ThermoWorks needs to develop a cordless temp probe for using on a Rotisserie ??? I spoke with a couple of guys years ago and found out about an additive that would assist the meat in retaining moisture during the cooking phase and I have used it in my Fried Turkeys for years and it produces a very juicy Turkey and there is only 6 grams in each package.

Troy, my only complaint about my products and there is nothing I can do about it is the fact that you had to tap the bottle to get the seasonings out and onto the food, and the reason is that my products are not full of "RAW SALT" so the ingredients don't flow like salt you gotta beat em out! But that's a great thing!!!!
@handcannon1388

Some companies will add silica as an anti-clumping agent, but there is a limit to how much sand a person wants to eat.
@strictlyquality
@strictlyquality 7 жыл бұрын
Absolutely and I am well aware of several ingredients that I can use to make my products more pouring friendly, but I don't want to eat plastic nor any other ingredient/filler/anti-clumping agent that is available. I want as pure as possible for myself and my customers. I have allowed bottles of my products to sit for a year (it won't last that long in your home, not even a months unless you don't cook) and even after a year all you have to do is to bang the bottle against your palm or the counter top and it is back to normal, the rubs with sugar in them you will need to get a little rougher but hey, very little bi products in my products. My first product was the Injectable Marinade and the reason for the powder/granules is because I didn't want to put my products in glass container and I definitely didn't want preservatives in them and that was my first product. So, get tough and shake the bottle to get your close to pure seasonings onto your food.
