I discovered pork loin recently, and have made it a few times in the past year. It has not disappointed me and is rather easy to do. Pork loin is a great choice. Thanks for the video.

That rub and glaze would be great on wings as well

Looks really good and so important to pull them off at 145 and not go over to far. Been using the insta pot on pork loins lately for pulled pork it fast and easy and still has great flavor when seasoned after pulling

Thanks for the video and the glaze idea. Pork loin is one of my favorite cuts to smoke but I've never used a glaze. This is really helpful.

You are so brave to drill holes in you Weber. 😂 I am the one who loves to bbq and I am obsessed with my Weber. It started a couple years ago after catching one of your videos. I purchased a new Weber and started testing out some of your methods. Can't wait for bbq season here. Thank you

Nice recipe. I been adding the Korean gochujang to different things on the grill for awhile now. Really versatile. Great leftover sandwiches tomorrow!I would not be shy about taking loin off at 135-138 personally. 👍🏻

I’ve got to try this Ry. I didn’t know they changed the safe temp to 145F. Thanks. I haven’t tuned in, in a long time. Ive got too many subscriptions and hobbies. Lower grade level thermometer is brilliant. Keep up the creative ideas!! You’re looking good.

That’s one good looking pork loin! I definitely like the glaze. I might have to give that glaze and rub a try on some chicken leg quarters on the smoker. I think it would be good on that as well!

That looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing. Wonder if trussing the roast would be a good idea to achieve even temp throughout.

I got turned onto gochujang from AaronandClaire's KZbin channel. I can't stop using it now. Such an amazing thing to add to just about any sauce or marinade. So good! I bet this pork loin is amazing!

So I know you based your cooking time by internal temp, but approximately how long were you on the kettle? 2hrs?
@CookingWithRy8 ай бұрын
I believe it was a bit over 2 hours.

My wife is not a pork fan. I'll bet this would work perfectly with a nice fat chicken breast or turkey breast.
