It's not bad...but this version of Bad Apple (not this remix, but the remix that this remix is based on) is grossly overrated in my opinion. The original Bad Apple sounds better as it gives that frantic bullet hell stage vibe for the stage it belongs to, but Bad Apple is a fairly generic stage 3 theme as it is. This song comes from the same game (Touhou 4 Lotus Land Story) as Bewitching Dream, Alice Maestra, Vessel of Stars ~ Casket of Star, Sleeping Terror, Faint Dream ~ Inanimate Dream, The Inevitably Forbidden Game, Illusion of a Maid, and Cute Devil ~ Innocence. In my opinion, all those songs blow Bad Apple out of the water. The only reason why it got so big so quick was because someone (or some group?) made an animation to go with the Bad Apple remix and it somehow went viral world wide. Again, not bashing the author of this remix, he did a good job, but the remix that this mix is a remix of is just kinda meh at this point.

I already listened once. This isn't based off the original Bad Apple, it's based on a crappy remix of a decent song. Not saying the remix Sully made was terrible, but the remix he used to make his remix is horribly overrated and so full of meh that it literally does nothing for me. As I mentioned before, the sad thing is because of the remix that this song is a remix of, it completely overshadows some of the best tracks of Lotus Land Story when Bad Apple itself was kinda generic to begin with. This particular remix would've had a lot more impact if the original Bad Apple had been used instead. Instead, this song comes off as wannabe techno-ish orchestral bleh (Again, not to the fault of Sully, he did the best given the changes the remixers did to make that monstrosity that insults what Bad Apple actually is). Don't believe me? Go listen to the original PC-98 Lotus Land Story's Bad Apple, then listen to that god awful techno vocal version of it. It completely guts the frantic and in-your-face vibe with the excessively slowed-down tempo and the over-expressed dubstep wannabe sounding bass melody. Then after that, go listen to some of the other tracks from Lotus Land Story and find out that's where some even better sounding tracks were hiding.
