My son passed away at age 11.. this song always reminds me of him. How blessed was he to be saved from the wickedness of this world. Yet he lived long enough to achieve so much as an actor and model. He was just learning to play guitar. Thank you Bad Company for helping me to fight my own demons through great music. There will never be anything like the music of the 50’s - the 90’s. Great song and lyrics. I have always thought the strength and grace of a seagull is never discussed in any wildlife forum. They are the powerful sleepers that see everything and give you nothing. What a mystery. Thus song relates to life.

This is a beautiful song from my childhood, it helped me understand life and the way things turn out in life sometimes. It gave me perspective and a solid ground to understand how life and years work. I was blessed to be born back then and the beautiful music that was produced in our era. Today it's very rare and far between. I can still tell a true artist when I hear one, and I have a few good friends that are amazing at what they sing ❤️! God Bless them.

These acoustic guitars, that voice, will remember this one always after first time you hear it....Paul was an early star with a voice at nineteen that seemed as if he was much older...

My favorite voice ever. ♥️♥️😍 I have a few of their albums. And i have a The Firm album with him and Jimmy Paige, that I won at Pensacola beach from a local rock and roll radio station. Got it in 1986. Love love love. I'm 55 now. And still absolutely love Bad Company.

I’m 50 now and I was listening to some Paul Roger live tracks. Older now and his seemed to get more soulful. Wow This is my favorite song from Bad Co. No doubt about it. Takes you away from all cares.

Greek Theatre, Los Angeles, Paul Rogers was headlined. I said to my musician friend, "I hope he plays 'Seagull'." The look in his face was blank. He played it 3rd song in.

Paul Rogers came to our studio in the 90s. Great guy, talented all the way around. Just wish there was more shopping in the area for his wife. We were honored for sharing what little time you graced our studio. We await your return!

This is so different from their usual songs, and I mean this band is great and everything, but for some reason, this is the best song they ever did, I think.
