They aren’t both 9 though- I don’t want to defend the guy but he is 10 and his daughter is 9. Maybe a bit fast but it could’ve been accidental. Saying he cheated is just such a stretch based on the ages of the kids. With this logic we can say: “oh he found out she cheated, and before the divorce came to an end he met his future partner and started seeing her and got her pregnant during divorce proceedings.” So your concerns can be correct but cheating wasn’t mentioned so these are just speculations.

I think it's interesting that Jerry suggested the dad explain to his young daughters that he doesn't have the money, but not helping his older sons navigate the difference in households. If the boys are just talking about what they've been up to, that's one thing, but if they're bragging, then they are old enough to think about how their actions come across to their siblings. Also, in the UK, that's a fairly common wage and isn't considered bad at all. However, it would be a challenge to support a partner and five kids. That being said, his ex wife isn't doing anything wrong.

How is that man's pregnant wife vomiting, and he still acts like she's being obnoxious about it? Like clearly she can still smell it on him, she's having a physical reaction. The audacity of this husband. Your dad's right, who wants to heave every day and vomit. I was super sensitive to smell when I was pregnant, too. The thought of Chipotle quacamole made me want to vomit, and I looooove their quac. The smell of pizza, wings, and Mexican food would make me nauseous. My first trimester I would literally eat something one day, and the thought and smell of the leftovers the next day would make me gag.

That’s what I was thinking, whose houses smell like cat if you’re properly taking care of them? My parents have 4 and you’d never know besides seeing them. The only place it smells like anything is the litter smells like litter, when you’re up close to it lol
@j.c87272 жыл бұрын
I have a kitten and you know they are typically smelly little things. I got the crystal liter, a liter genie, and I wipe my baby’s feet after #2s. I also got the deodorizer to help with smell. My husband has a very sensitive nose and he says he can’t smell a thing. Some folks are just irresponsible and don’t clean up after their cat. Also cats are trainable but you have to be very consistent and firm. I’ve had dogs who have absolutely destroyed my home. So animals in general come with their issues. For Justin to generalize cats in such a way is super rude.
@badako2 жыл бұрын
@@j.c8727 Before reading these 3 comments I had no idea you could have a cat and not have the cat smell in your house. Not even a bad smell necessarily, you just smell it. So that’s interesting to hear. But I 100% agree that not every cat goes crazy at night lol. It has a lot to do with the fact that it's not common to tire cats out during the day so they get energetic at night. When a cat has a lot of energy it'll let you know, they’ll show you they want to play. So not ignoring that and playing as long as it wants to is also a responsibility, and that way it doesn’t have the energy to run around destroying stuff at night. Also, make your place pet proof! Train your pet yes but you can't put a vase on a shelf then be mad at your cat for pushing it lol if you have a pet your house is going to cater a lot to it

Now that baby is sleeping through the night he just waits till after bedtime but it’s definitely possible to be a passionate gamer and an attentive father. Okay you can definitely have cats and not have your house smell like it. My mother always told me that if I got a cat my house would smell horrible (based on her experiences with cats) and that I shouldn’t get one because they destroy everything. A few years ago, I got a cat. She is a perfect angel, I have multiple hooded litter boxes hidden throughout the house for her because I was so so paranoid about smells. My house smells great, none of my furniture has ever been ruined, and my mother is obsessed with my cat and watches her for me when I go on vacations. Cats get a bad rep and it’s not always fair. Sure I’ve been to peoples houses and it stinks (from cats, dogs, kids, etc) but it’s the exception not the rule

@mywatchdoesmath46692 жыл бұрын
While my boy basically has his way with the underside of my couch and the Christmas tree now, nothing is destoryed. Unless you just absolutely don't train your cats, let your cats run the house and never clean their litter boxes, then yes you have a point. Cats are fairly clean animals, so I dunno what Justin's on about. Just like dogs (which I thought they had), if you bathe them, train them, and don't let them cause mayhem, then you shouldn't have an issue. The only time I have ever smelled cats in the house is because the owner were too lazy to clean the litter boxes, but at least those were all in the garage.

I agree. I’ve been so blessed with cats I’ve deeply bonded with and are so well behaved. No nighttime zoomies, he sleeps on the end of my bed all night and cuddles right into my chest in the morning. His litter box is under a planter box, so you never see it, and I clean it every other day, so I never smell it. He has clawed the underneath of one couch so I can’t say he’s perfect but he is truly so calm and sweet and far more curious and intelligent than any other animal I’ve ever had. I grew up on a farm and have had a lot of animals in my life too but my cats are superior. Low maintenance and brilliant creatures.

Story 4... something I didn't hear mentioned is how the sense of smell changes for a woman when they get pregnant. I'm not sure if it happens for every woman, but it is very common. We can smell the smallest little scent of something and respond as if it was a smell engulfing the entire room. I smelt everything when I was pregnant... everything. And so many scents caused these over the top reactions in my body, reactions that I couldn't control at all. I remember loving this cologne a friend wore that I had smelled a bunch of times before, but pregnant me smelled so many more parts of it. The reactions changed over the course of the pregnancy too. After my 1st trimester, the smell of bacon would make me instantly run to the bathroom. For 2 months this was the case until, like over night, I craved bacon. For the remainder of my pregnancy, I had bacon almost every morning and the scent just made me really happy. A pregnant woman's sense of smell is so different and honestly can make us feel a little crazy. I couldn't imagine if my husband wasn't supportive of what I was going through.

Just to say something about cats: we have one, and she was a stray. My fiance was the SAME as Justin. We have also lived in a house with 5 dogs. If you think dogs don't smell .... Oof. Wet dog smell is a thing. Cat litter, at least for ours, stopped smelling after she got spayed. Our neighbour has a cat and her litter smells only because she has tummy issues. Cats are terrible if they stay inside all day. If you can give them a garden, and a few trees to climb, honestly, they don't destroy ANYTHING. Our kitten is very active but we don't have one scratch anywhere, and we have expensive collectibles from all over the world. She knows what she can scratch and what she can't- you can teach them that.

She does so much for you and your baby that you can literally take a nap later in the day . #listentounderstand. Women try to communicate wants and needs and men don’t listen and then say we don’t say what we want . She’s screaming at you what she needs and you are ignoring her .

Morgan's dad really heals something in my heart. My father was not a good father, and really would only interact with me in ways to spite my momma. But the way he talks about driving baby Morgan around to find trains, and singing to her, and just being absolutely delighted to care for her and be her father is really uplifting, and gives ya hope.

Literally one of my fav podcasts I’ve discovered, found THT on TikTok and still watch weekly despite having deleted the clock app 😌

My friend in highschool had cats all his life and in his last year of highschool, he was put in a coma. He got toxoplasmosis. He had to re-learn how to walk and speak again. The only pre-existing health condition he had was rosacea. Toxoplasmosis is in the air. Shovelling the poop, puts it airborne. He is so lazy he’s risking his wife AND his unborn child. You might think that is a dramatic comment but honestly it’s a very SEVERE illness. It can be deadly, especially to pregnant women who’s immune system is just haywire.

Omg when he said he loved how easy it was FOR HIM to have pumped milk. Brah, a woman sacrificed, suffered, and/or worked so hard to pump that milk.

First episode I’ve listened to with your dad as a guest. Im not surprised at all to hear how eloquent and empathetic Morgan’s dad is! The apple does not fall far from the tree.

This happened at my friend’s wedding. Venue shorted us an hour so we had to start cleaning up during the reception so everyone left while the party was still going. The last hour was just the bridal party. The bride was DEVASTATED

I really feel bad for the pregnant woman with the husband who won't stop drinking. I'm pregnant right now and sometimes just the thought of a certain food makes me sick. So it wouldn't fully be the placebo effect if the husband would have tried to see if she was "faking" it.

What types of food? When my mom was pregnant with me, she'd eat pastry all day haha

That last one hit close to home. My mum and dad split when I was 3 and my mum has not remarried, has not had more kids and has, worked her ass off and is very successful now. My dad has remarried twice and had another 4 kids. From age 15 mum took us to Asia every year and then on a 6 week European holiday when I graduated, I was incredibly lucky. However it was very obvious that this made my dad and his wife jealous as they could not afford to do these things and comments would often be made. I wish he could have just been happy that I was lucky enough to experience such wonderful things.

In case anyone is curious, absinthe does not in fact make you see fairies. There is nothing magical about it, it's just higher in alcohol than other drinks 😂
