Just achieved my first handstand push-up from a tucked press to handstand today! Thank you for all the videos. The shapes and form correction definitely has been helping a lot to recruit more muscle fibers and even decrease pain. God bless🔱🇺🇸

Thanks to you I went back to utilizing and fixing my hollow body. Looks so simple but deceptively difficult when done right. But it's made a huge difference 👍

I like the idea of levels acrossing the whole practice. It's like in martial arts and works as a motivacional resource.

Great video! I believe this channel will grow bigger in no time. I see people killing their time doing planks for 5 minutes looking at their phone or the same "5 minute abs workout" for weeks. In the end; they still can't activate their core properly, can't even L sit and end up getting injured because of weak core.

I have recently found this channel and immediately started implementing the advice given particularly on doing squats without weights for now. My constant aches along my lower body has virtually disappeared but my legs feel stronger. This is excellent info. Thank you so very much. Wondering if you would share some way to out this great advice into a workout plan.

How do you program flexibility? I'm new to your channel but notice you mention it in basically every video and it's something I really need to improve. Would be a great video topic!

I would love to participate in these activities. Bodyweight workouts are my primary strengthening routine. I have more work that needs to be done. Do you have any gyms and locations in Dallas, Tx?

But how do we achieve these types of things at home even with coaching? Is that something that I would learn in a coaching call?
