Today I did pull ups and dips in the gym over lunch without my feet crossed! I have to say, I definitely felt my form was better and the movements better balanced left to right. Thanks for this simple, but fundamental advice. Your advice is a gold mine!

I'm actually really happy that you mentioned pointing the feet, prior to this video I hadn't seen anything about it, but experimented by myself (just because I noticed it gave more oomph during the exercise) so I'm glad there's actual science behind it

I can't do handstand where do I begin
@pkavenger9990 Жыл бұрын
Seriously your one advice is helping me a lot I wish I knew these things in my teenage instead of when I just turn 30 even though I look like 22. Also I did a lot of landmine exercise because I am a software engineer and most of the time I am sitting and using my brain so I take short breaks and do different Landmine exercises. I think incorporating Landmine exercises also improve your balance and strength. What are your thoughts about that?Because I literally took 30 min to handstand with little wall support going back and forth and I never did a handstand before and I think it is because I did Landmine exercises.

Anytime I do core exercises I feel hip flexors taking over: planks, leg raises, hollow body, dead bugs. It wasn’t always this way and I know a lot of people have this problem. Why can’t I feel my core working? It’s very frustrating. I started having this problem around high school (almost 15 years ago). I used to feel my core firing up. Now the connection is gone. Is this a problem with posture? Is it possible for anterior pelvic tilt to disrupt core activation? I understand anterior pelvic tilt means: weak core and glutes + tightness in low back and hip flexors. I’ve been thinking about doing some exercises to lengthen the hip flexors and strengthen the glutes. Would this help restore the connection to my core?

For "arms to ears" does this still go with packed shoulders / scapula, or is shoulder position secondary to "arms to ears?"

I stumbled on your KZbin and love the content. Your ethos speaks to my soul. Love it. I do a lot of yoga for years and started working out with body weight workouts with rings a few months ago. Really thinking about getting into the program. Can’t find any rough cost estimates on the site. I know it’s really depends on the individual plans but in what rough ballroom are the costs?
