I enjoy your content thoroughly, excellent review, perhaps i am looking at this wrong, and i welcome correction, but question regarding the LocoMMotion study, those patients did not receive CAR-T but it appears in KarMMa-3 60 patients who were on the standard regimen therapy went on to receive Ide-cel, is it possible the longer OS seen in standard arm is primarily related to their access to CAR-T?
