It’s called a slam ball. The thing is you need to use real slam balls for it because they don’t bounce. Small medicine balls like the one she used here do bounce. You can tell the difference because slam balls aren’t perfectly spherical-they look like they melted a little. The problem is they look more spherical at lower weights. So the two most likely possibilities are either she assumed it was a slam ball or simply didn’t know that slam balls and med balls are two different things.
