The TMIC always get so much hate. Yet the Nurburgring 24 hour cars run them, the Isle of Man record breaker car ran one and the WRC cars that won championship ran them. My first upgrade on my GC8 and GF8 were to upgrade TMIC to Version 8 STi with Samco or Perrin Y Pipe. I always found spool much quicker and stronger than FMIC cars.

@BaderBuiltRacing3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the support sir! We used to always use a mustang dyno to tune on til that shop shut down. Little behind the scenes information, I’m in process of trying to buy that dyno right now. Mustang dynos are known to rear lower than most but it really depends on if the dyno calibration has been changed. This setup on the mustang dyno we used would make 360-370whp on pump 92 and 400-420whp on e85 to give you a better idea.

This is correct depending on how the dyno is calibrated it can read low. Our previous mustang dyno we used this setup would made 360-370whp on pump 92 / 400-420whp on e85. To give you an example. This was a true oem mustang dyno calibration, no modifications. We proved time after time with trap speeds at the track that this dyno read really low.
