Pretty much plan on having double the cars when you have a new shop. Definitely want as secure parking as you can get to avoid problems. Can you and Devin maybe get a 3rd space and share it for car overflow as a car bullpen? He's pretty much maxed out on current shop space as it is right now.

The best things take time (especially in these times). Hell I waited 8 months for my wheels. And still waiting on parts that I bought back in late Feb early March. You've waited this long, another month or two won't kill you. I think having the shop by Devin would be a great thing but could also be a negative. The videos you guys would put out (STI vs EVO and being good friends) would definitely be entertaining on a new level. You'd also have a second set of hands almost anytime. But it could also slow work productivity. I honestly would love to see you two with shop's side by side, but it could also turn into 12's chill spot.
@BaderBuiltRacing3 жыл бұрын
I agree completely with you to be patient, we have been for last 9 months now that we been looking. Unfortunately good ole bob is applying more pressure and causing more issues behind the scenes. I would love to work side by side with devin. Just worry about area and customer cars being outside...

@@BaderBuiltRacing what about putting up fence? Maybe you'd be able work something out with the owner. If not that and your shop being the same size of Devs you could keep 4 cars inside at a time, I'm sure with dyno and a rack it would be tight fit. Or maybe Devin would let you stash a car or 2 in his bay at night. I'm sorry I'm sure you've thought this a thousand times already, I just wish there was a way I could help..
