I honestly cannot make a program for you or tell you how many reps or sets because i dont know your level of play and fitness. I put ideas out there so you cam mix and match exercises and have more variety of workouts in a week. But thank u so much for your kind words, really appreciate it!!😁🏸

As long as players don’t have existing injuries and there should be no sharp pains when doing any of the exercises it should be ok. What separates the advanced players would be the no. of reps and how fast they do the drills😁🏸

Find time to specifically work on that area. Have someone feed you shuttles so you can slowly strengthen your backhand. 😁🏸

There are many different reasons why one would position their racket that way. One being that they would like to cover the defensive part better since those are the faster and stronger shots. Another could be that their opponents give more shots that would be better taken from below. It could also be a habit, the thing is when we immitate a certain player with their shots we must also do our best to imitate their quick reaction and speed on court bec for example like Lin Dan even if he takes most shot in an underhand, he anticipates well, he has quick reaction and fast enough to do it the way he does😁🏸
