Hi I'm 14 and I've been playing for two years in JA and I was wondering how do you stay positive when you lose a match or if you seem to be losing

Suen Graham if it isn't a competative game then get over it.. if it is then it is ok to be down but after a day or two you should be over it

Suen Graham think of it as a learning experience; either you win or you learn. Not just simply “get over it” LEARN FROM IT. Know what you done wrong so in the long run you will become better

Hi Anna, I am John from India and a great fan of yours. Your videos are really helpful for me. I have a problem with the stance, balancing and positioning. This may look silly but I am struggling to do this while playing. My first problem is "I am not lifting my nonracket hand while hitting " Secondly, I am not standing sideways while hitting " can you pls elaborate in a video abt these 2 things of when and for which shot these 2 things need to be followed. Do we need to stand sideways before hitting for all the shots or only for clear and smash? Thanks a ton in advance

you surely earned my like there) although I like to imagine badminton more as a chess-related game, rather than a log balance, but I get your point and there is some theory right there) good job and thank you for the video
