Summary guy here: 1. Lower Gravity- for more explosive reactions, better balance, better movement. Not too much or it will be hard to move swiftly and can add to much tension unto your muscles. 2. Have a wide space between your legs- easier to move around and cover the full court. Narrow space will spend more balance, effort and time. 3. Work on your toes- moving on your toes(not all the way up) will have a better explosive movement and reaction. 4. Land correctly in the corners- many ways to land(scissor jumps and etc.) but essentially better landing means faster going back to the center of the court. 5. Be relaxed and explosive- relax your body before returning/smashing then explosively(tighten the muscle) move, lunge or jump. God loves you, peace out✌

Thankyou so much Thomas coach 😀very useful video .. I am a doubles Badminton player residing in Bengaluru ..India .. I am now 49 n I started playing This lovely game of Badminton about 3years back .. I use footwork for movement in d court rather than running about which I have seen most of d non-trained women are doing in our club .. Even I didn’t take any coaching but I am eager to watch d videos n learn from what you all coaches teach 🤗🤗We use 4 corners foot movement n take rotations of attacking n aDefence positions whenever required .. I love d game n am Addicted to it sir ..your videos does help us a lot 🙏🏻😃

True. But we shouldn't be discouraged! Similar to a sinking boat, we do what we can to slow it down as much as possible. I suggest introducing a simple gym routine along with jump roping!

First of you need to do shots from defensive position that allows you to be attacking after. Then the quick and fast footwork is used so be explosive and move backwards to attack 💪🏻💯
